Booking Conditions – General

Please read these conditions carefully before booking on any workshop or field trip

PHOTO TOURS ONE-DAY PHOTO WORKSHOPS, AND ONE-ON-ONE WORKSHOPS

For all one-day workshops, payment in full is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation by the participant, a full refund will be given only if your place is re-sold. Every effort will be made to fill cancelled places.

This policy is necessary due to the very small numbers of students I take on each workshop. However, for many workshops I have a waiting list so places are often filled even on short notice.

Payment may be made either by cash, personal cheque in Canadian funds, credit card/Paypal account through the Paypal system. If wanting to send a personal cheque please contact me first. Your place will be held pending clearing of cheque.

PHOTO TOURS (Priced in $US for International trips)

A US$500 deposit is required at the time of booking for all field trips. Due to the small number of persons on each tour this deposit is non-refundable.

The balance is due 90 days before departure. This is non-refundable as we have to pay the tour operators at this time, unless the tour is sold out and we can fill your spot from the waiting list when will refund in full, less deposit.

Deposits can be made by personal cheque or bank draft in U.S. funds, or by credit card/Paypal account through the Paypal system.

You will receive instructions for payment of balances when due.

Refund policy:

We can only refund balances paid at 180 days and 90 days before departure in the event we can re-sell your place due to the small number of persons attending each tour.

Peter Llewellyn Photography is not responsible for any delays attributable to your air carrier failing to get you to our destination point on time.

Note

Please note that tour leaders also take photographs during Photo Tours but are of course always available to give advice, demonstrate techniques, and answer questions. Much teaching is also done when not in the field over meals, rest periods etc and leaders will make themselves available to critique image and offer computer advice when possible.
